Placing an Order
Secure Orders
You may order from The Value Emporium with confidence knowing that your order is safe and secure. We use the latest technology and encryption methods to ensure that your information is private. Your order is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
Online Orders
You may order products on our website by selecting the quantity, color, size, and style (as applicable) for the product(s) you wish to purchase and then clicking on the BUY NOW button. From your shopping basket, you may change the quantity of the items in your order, remove an unwanted item, or enter a promotional/coupon code (as applicable).
You may change the quantity of the item desired and then click UPDATE BASKET. To remove one item, click the REMOVE button, then click UPDATE BASKET. You may also remove all items in your cart by clicking the EMPTY BASKET button. Click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button to continue browsing, or if your order is complete, click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button and follow the instructions on the next screen.
Note: Any items that are being monogrammed/personalized, customized or made-to-order may take additional processing time.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Do you need to send parts of your order to different U.S. addresses? No problem! You may split your order between as many addresses as you would like. Just click on the SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESS button and follow the instructions during checkout.

Sales Tax
State law requires us to collect sales tax on products shipped within California. Please note that the applicable sales tax of 7.75% will be added to your order.
Redeeming Coupons & Special Offers
From time to time, we offer special coupons, which you can easily redeem online – just enter your coupon code or click on the appropriate link during checkout. Coupon codes are case sensitive so please type the code exactly as it appears on your coupon. Only one promotional item or coupon can be redeemed per order.
Shipping Information
Orders received by 1pm (PST) Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours, on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend orders and orders received on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service and generally will arrive in 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are based on your shipping location and the weight of the product(s) ordered to each delivery address within the United States.
* International customers: Please contact us at this time to receive accurate shipping charges as we update our systems for your location. All duty and custom fees as well as taxes for your country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your country's custom office to inquire about these charges.
Express Delivery
For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and 2 Business Day Express Service. Orders received by 1pm (PST) Monday through Friday will be shipped same day for all in-stock items. Orders received after 1pm (PST), on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day. Shipping times may vary on items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
*Please note that express delivery may not be available for some heavy items, items drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, or those items being shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states. Express delivery is also not available to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.
Express shipping costs are calculated based on the “dimensional weight” of your item’s shipped package. It is calculated as follows: Length x Width x Height ÷ 166
After your item has been added to the “Shopping Basket,” you may click on ESTIMATE SHIPPING COST to review your shipping options (Next Day, 2nd Day and Standard Service). During checkout, you will have the option to select the shipping method you would like (as all shipping charges are displayed again).
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Your complete and total satisfaction is important to us. If you have any questions or concerns about your product, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-875-0055, or email us at customerservice@thevalueemporium.com.
Each product will arrive with a slip that contains information on how to return or exchange an item. Returned products must be in like-new condition, complete with all parts in the original packaging.
Products should be returned using a carrier that provides tracking services (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Items should be sent to:

Please also include a letter inside the package that contains your name, address, order number, and brief reason for return. Upon receipt of the item, our Returns department will process your return and issue a replacement, exchange or a credit for the amount of the merchandise.
No returns will be accepted if parts are missing.
Please note: Any items that are monogrammed/personalized, customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
Replacements, exchanges or credits will be issued when the returned merchandise has been received and processed. Please allow approximately 7-15 business days.
International Returns
Our return policy does not include freight charges for international returns. If, for any reason, you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be prepaid.
